MAKING AN IMPACT IN CORONADO, IMPERIAL BEACH, AND BEYOND

CREA CARES is the charitable initiative of the Coronado Real Estate Association (CREA) focused on community support in Coronado. The program organizes annual events to benefit local organizations, such as donation drives for the Alpha Project, which aids people experiencing homelessness by providing essential items and support services. These drives encourage community donations of clothing, hygiene products, and other necessities.

CREA CARES also hosts fundraising events, like the Pet Parade and Chili Cook-Off, with proceeds supporting animal welfare through PAWS of Coronado. Through these activities, CREA CARES connects real estate professionals with the broader community, making an impact through service-oriented programs​.
